Windows 10: Cannot remove nor add users or accounts

I have an email university account. I was having problems years ago with this account, so I clicked on a link that invited me to also use this same email address as a personal account. This worsened the problem but I couldn't delete the personal account.A couple years ago I created a new, temporary account to delete the personal account. I was able to delete the personal account yay, but now I'm stuck with this new temporary account. The temporary account is signed in to my computer as the administrator, so I cannot delete it. I've tried to create a new user but I <click click click&

Note: When you want to delete a user account from your computer:

You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to delete a user account.

You will not be able to delete a user account that is currently signed in. You will need to sign out the user first.

Be sure to always have at least one enabled administrator account on the PC to avoid not being able to perform actions that require administrator rights.
