Windows 10: Cannot remove personal Hotmail account from Work laptop

At some point, I must have logged into a personal Microsoft product from my Work laptop, and now the personal email address account appears on my work device in the top left in account settings This old Hotmail account appears everywhere that my account is visible on my work device and its really unprofessional. There is no option to remove it, as there is with other accounts. I have logged into my personal account on Microsoft.com and the work device is not associated with my personal O365 account, but still this account appears on my work laptop. I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Deleting hotmail accounts?

I think it'll just get put down as avaliable so another person can create an account with that name. At least I think that was how it used to work. I have a Hotmail account that I use about once a year (don't have any Live stuff connected to it either) or so and it has never been removed. But I think I could create a new account with the same name and it would be avaliable.

EDIT: No, I cannot create a new account with the same name. It was at least six months ago I used it last time.
