Windows 10: Cannot remove uninstalled UWP game from start menu. Please help

I uninstalled a Game Pass game that was not working and no matter what I try, I can't seem to remove from start menu. I checked all the "typical" dirs to see if there was anything left over that was missed but, it doesn't seem to exist anywhere on my system except start menu. I uninstalled it from apps tab in the Windows settings app. When I try to re-download and uninstall, it has an error downloading at about 70% every time so that doesn't work either.
Nor does:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow




Anyone have an idea as to how the heck I can remove this entry from the start menu? (Before anyone suggests it, doing a new image is not an option. While I do have a backup image I just recently got everything back to how I had it after doing a clean windows install just after new years.)

Remove UWP Apps from Start Menu Without Uninstalling

Hello,

I finally made the move to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I'm still adjusting and have found this forum incredibly helpful. I have a question about the UWP apps that come with Windows 10...

I would like to remove the icons for the UWP apps from the Start menu. I'd prefer to not uninstall the apps since I'd like to try and avoid any problems down the road if they end up being needed for something. I've found several tutorials for removing the apps from the current user, all users, etc. but have not found anything indicating that just the icons can be removed.

So, am I stuck with these things in the Start menu for good unless they are uninstalled?

Remove all UWP built in apps in Windows 1903

The Windows 10 1903 feature update now lets the users to uninstall a few apps using the
Context menu. If you’re on the latest build of Windows 10, it will let you uninstall a few UWP applications using the
Context Menu.





Please find the list of apps that can now be uninstalled using the Context menu below:

• 3D Viewer
• Calculator
• Calendar
• Groove Music
• Mail
• Movies & TV
• Paint 3D
• Snip & Sketch
• Sticky Notes
• Voice Recorder

Cortana is an integral part of Windows and she cannot be entirely turned off. However, if you don’t want Cortana functionality available to you on your taskbar, I would suggest you to follow these steps:
Manage Cortana settings.

Pre-loaded games won't uninstall

I'm not really into some of the games that were pre-loaded into my PC but when I try to bring up the games from the Start menu and click on 'uninstall' it takes me to the control panel, and I don't see the games listed there for me to uninstall. Suggestions, please? Thanks! ~P
