    Hi all, this is odd. I want to reinstall but first, completely uninstall ZoneAlarm. I followed the company's suggestion: open dialog panel, tools, preferences, uncheck automatic startup, then I can uninstall Zonealarm.

    However, it is already unchecked by default, I never touched it, and still, ZoneAlarm automatically starts every time.

    Even worse, I cannot find this app/software in the list of Control Panel ->Add or remove programs

    It is simply not there. So I cannot uninstall!

    What can I do about this?

    Program won't remove from add/remove list ?

    Is there a tutorial for removing a program from add/remove that even when performing an uninstall; the program just doesn't remove from the add/remove list ?

    Refresh the page, or Reboot or try CCleaner.
