    Cannot renew folders in hotmail


    I cannot renew folders in my hotmail, I didn;t change anything, didn't load. AS of today folders don't renewing , have to go back to start from the beginning. please help, thank you

    Cannot renew folders in hotmail

    renewing hotmail plus

    Received notification this morning that my Hotmail plus account is canceled. I never received notification it was being canceled. However when i tried to renew, I find it impossible to do this. The screens are confusing and the instructions misleading.
    Any solutions? By the way, there is no topic for this issue.
