I have an error using sfc and using dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, it says me that the archive is corrupted. What can I do? [SR] Cannot repair member file

My laptop has a file that apparently is corrupted. When I ran "sfc /scannow", and then checked the CBS log file, I found this line that state the member file cannot be repaired. It occurs in several lines.

Windows 10: League Of Legends ( Missing File d3dx9_39.dll )

Just update Windows 10 on September 9, 2016. Since then I am not able to play League of Legends. I am getting a D3D9.dll error. After running SFC scannow command, it indicates that there are two .dll corrupted and cannot be repair. (see below) I have an
ASUS i7-4790 3.6GHz and Geforce GTX 750 driver version is up to date 372.70.

Any suggest would be greatly appreciated.
