    Cannot Reset Laptop


    I need some help with my laptop. I had this since 2014 and recently I think there has to be some virus or malware which had me lose control of administrator controls can’t run apps though admin such as cmd it always prompts that theres a device that malfunctioned or something.


    I tried reseting it but to no avail it’s either stuck in reseting or will always shut down then undoing changes pops. I can’t do format for all the files are important and I don’t have an external drive.


    It will be a great help for u guys to help me. I’m also running out of time since I have school in 1 day.

    Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

    Hi,

    I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

    • Windows search bar doesn't work
    • Shop app won't open
    • Won't allow me to change location settings
    • Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

    Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!

    hey guys I'm trying to get clockgen to work on my laptop but can't get any of the plls to work, can you please post like exactly what steps I need to take to test each pll to see if it works? my specs are listed to the left
