Windows 10: Cannot reset pc whatsoever after system restore

This has been happened to me mutiple times but this has to be the worst. My restore point always boots me to BSOD after complete and stucks at 100%. I always managed to reset my pc but not this time, now cloud downlaod and local reinstall don’t work anymore and my last hope is to somehow use the cloud download becuase my windows files are most likely to he corrupted. Please help me I don’t want to do a clean install I don’t have a usb but I’m worried i can’t use my stock product key. Again please help me ASAP. My PC is really important to me

  Why exactly you are trying to perform system reset? Are you getting any error code, when trying to perform system reset?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of your system?
  

I suggest you to try creating system restore point manually and check if the restore point is visible or not.

Back up and restore your PC

Refer to the section: Create Restore Point.



As you are also unable to perform system reset, I suggest you to try resetting system using windows 10 installation media and check if it helps.

How to delete inactive System Image Restore Points in System Restore

Windows 10 64-bit.
When I click "show more restore points" in System Restore I see a bunch of old "system image restore points" that were deleted in past and do not correspond to any currently active restore points. Clicking any of these old restore points, I simply get an error message saying they could not be found, and to select another restore point instead.I would like to delete these restore points listings but have been unable to do so.
So far, I have tried steps mentioned below without any luck :

Disk Cleanup through (C Properties
Disable System Protection (OFF and ON) in System Protection for OS (C
Disk Space Usage to minimum (slider button all the way to the left then 'Delete all restore points for this drive'),
Delete all shown Restore points in CCleaner (the problem ones do not show here),
Reset Windows Backup to Default in Windows 10 with 'Reset_Windows_Backup.bat' utility.

Any suggestions highly welcome.

 

System Reset/Restore

The system restore, reset, and recovery will not work on a Windows 10 PC. I can not find system recovery or restore discs/USB. This was a Windows 7 HP PC (oem with recovery partition) that I upgraded to 10 during the free upgrade period, so I cannot contact
the manufacture to issue a Windows 10 restore disk for this PC.

I have tried a reset, restore, and recovery, but none of these will work. It keeps failing during the process or completing the process and stating that it did not work. Is there a way for me to get a recovery disk issued for Windows 10? I want to reformat
to original factory settings.

I could format the drive in DOS Command Prompt, but I would lose my recovery partition and likely my operating system. Without a proper OS or recovery disk, I will not be able to reinstall Windows on this PC.

Any suggestions?
