    I wanted to Resize a CloudPC for a User...I purchased 4v, 16GB RAM, 512GB License and applied it to the User.The User already has a 2v, 8GB, 256GB Cloud PC currently running.However when I go to Resize within Intune, none of the options work and say that there is no License in Inventory.

    Hi there,

    We are implementing Windows 365 Cloud PC in our company. We have multiple license types depending on what the user needs. Currently our user is assigned to get 8vCPU, 32GB RAM, 128 Storage. Is it possible to give him a different license type (4vCPU, 16GB, 128 Storage) without Windows 365 re-provisioning a new pc?

  3. User Name Issue on C:/User and Cloud Issue

    Hi everyone,

    I had a pc that keeps crashing and had to buy a new one.

    On the new pc, I noticed that under C:/User, my user name is misspelled. I tried to rename it, but wasn't authorized. I made myself an administrator, but it still wouldn't allow me. So, a couple of questions:

    • Can I even change it? How do I go about doing it?
    • Would my best bet be to "reroute" the path, through my new and correctly spelled user name?
      • I did try to copy the files from the misspelled user name to the correct user name, but it did not copy all the files.

    The reason that I need it to be correct somehow, is so that my pc's, can sync to the cloud. Which brings me to a few more questions.

    • I bought Office 365 for use in my home, for 5 devices for a year.
      • Does it need to be loaded on my old pc to get the free 1T Cloud storage?
    • The two pc's are not communicating with each other and I don't know what the issue is (is it the misspelled User name?) or something else?
    • There are some programs that I had purchased using a key and one in particular, says that it is out of date and will not let me download it again to new pc. If I could place the program files on the Cloud, along with everything it needs to run it, that
      would solve my problem (I believe, anyway.)

    It appears to me, that I have these two issues. Is there anyone that can assist me in getting them resolved?

    Maybe they didn't have it when you looked earlier, but the Microsoft Store now lists a downloadable Win 10 Pro for purchase:

    Windows 10 Pro: Upgrade or Purchase - Microsoft Store

    This is for the USA. It may be available from your country. (Or not.)
