Windows 10: Cannot resume process in Resource Monitor.

Hi,I bought a new PC with a new copy of Windows 11.Now, when I suspend a process in Resource Monitor I cannot resume it again, the option is greyed out and can't be clicked.I have the same issue no matter which process I try it with.This worked perfectly on the Windows 10 version on my old PC and it works for two of my friends who have tested it on their Windows 11 machines. I tried installing Process Explorer and that will not resume the processes either. If anyone has a fix for this, it would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Resource Monitor - CPU - Secure System process

I discovered through the Resource Monitor (CPU) that the "Secure System" process is suspended, and when i try to resume it, i get a response indicating that access is denied. Is this suspension and the denial to access it normal, or are hackers disabling
it and preventing me from resuming it?

 

Unable to resume process after suspending it in the resource monitor

I am unable to resume process after suspending it.

Its just not clickable and it doesnt light up like suspend process does in the beginning.

 

some tasks are suspended in task manager. i also tried resource monitor to resume the suspended tasks. but the tasks are not resuming please help me.
