Windows 10: Cannot run any files, get error File System Error (-1073741819)

So I just updated to ten, and have all the updates, but whenever I try to run a .exe file, it gives me the error
File System Error (-1073741819)

When try to run .exe file in Windows 10 get Error (-1073741819)

Whenever I try to run any .exe files, up comes the message

File System Error (-1073741819)

I have tried going to a website that tries to tell me to disable the UAC, but when I press OK, it just closes it and does no changes.

I cannot open cmd as a admin or run any .exe files, which is very important to me. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Windows 10 error "file system error (-1073741819)" can't run any .exe files

I keep getting this file system error (-1073741819)" error after upgrading Win7 to Win10, can't run any .exe files or even run them as admin, so I can't doing anything with CMD prompt either,

anybody know what to here?

 

Change the windows sounds settings to the windows default sounds.

You can do this by using the start menu to search for "Sound" then clicking the control panel sound option.

Then go to the "Sounds" tab and make your sound scheme either "No Sounds" or "Windows Default". Enjoy *Smile
