Windows 10: Cannot run fresh start tool

I cannot run the Fresh Start tool. I just get error message: Ox80072F76-Ox20016Please helpThanks Tom

What is the difference between a fresh start and a reinstall? Will the fresh start tool preserve installed applications?

Start fresh

Dear Kramdem,

Here are couple of steps that I would suggest:

• Create a system restore point.
• Download and run the ADW Cleaner from the link :
  https://toolslib.net/downloads/finish/1/
• After the cleaning reboot the system.
• Once back on then download and run the Adware Removal Tool from the link:

• Once again restart the system.
• Now try to go ahead and browse and let us see what you get.
