Windows 10: Cannot run Rayman 2 demo

Hi! I am trying to play the Rayman 2 demo, but it's saying as I remember "Graphics mode not found, run install" though I already installed the demo. It also said "No available resolution". It's strange, especially considering I can run the Rayman 3 demo with ease. Anyway, any fix for this? I was thinking the DLL files in the "dll" folder were drivers, and I would put them in the required folder, but I don't know which folder. I am on a Windows 10, and I installed the demo from Archive.org for the setup and DLLs and Rayman Control Panel game in general.

Rayman 3 won't work

I got Rayman Forever (DOS Based), Rayman 2 (uses 3DFX) and Rayman 3 (uses DirectX 8) on a Good Old Games giveaway a few years ago

and they are still running on Win10 & 11.

Games from GOG, Steam, etc install with the required API (eg- DOS BOX) to allow then to run on modern Windows, while disc versions

and some downloads don't.

btw - Rayamn 3 is on sale at GOG for $2.29AUD atm (less than $1-USD)

Direct Play enabled in...

Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features On or Off

Enable Legacy Components and Direct Play.

Resetting a demo phone deactivates retail mode, erases demo content, uninstalls apps, and restores factory settings. To reset a phone that is in retail mode, follow these steps:

Groove can't play online demo music

There could have been some changes that happened to the settings, thus, you are unable to play online demo music. Allow us to ask the following questions though, in order for us to properly isolate the issue.

• Is this happening across all websites?
• Is the file being downloaded or being played online?
• Are you using the desktop app or the website for groove?

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest trying to play the demo music using another browser or another user profile.
