Windows 10: Cannot scan the pc using cmd

Discus and support Cannot scan the pc using cmd in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I am trying to scan my pc pn various way but none of them are working, there is always a problem appear .     Cannot scan the pc using cmd


    I am trying to scan my pc pn various way but none of them are working, there is always a problem appear . I typed the command chkdsk then sfc /scannow and many others and all of them are showing some problems and I couldn't fix it . So help me from the start

    Windows and CMD- renaming a file in CMD

    Steps I've done

    Here what happens


    • turn on PC

    • start windows

    • get blue screen ( message NTFS file)

    • it reboots returns to diagnosing PC

    • Diagnose and repair fails

    • I move to advance options

    • will not reset windows , I click on CMD

    things I've tried
    commands:

    reagentc /disable

    reagentc /enable

    *************************FAILED
    not recognized
    **********************************

    Please advise

    Hello,

    By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

    • Press Windows and type pictures
    • Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

    Win10 - shutdown network card via CMD

    For now, I need your help by doing the following to further isolate your concern:

    Step 1 - Reboot the Network Device.

    • Switch off your modem or router, wait for 10-20 seconds and plug it back in.
    • Wait for about 30 secs to reboot.
    • After rebooting your router, proceed to the next step below.
    Step 2 - Ping www.microsoft.com
    server then tell us the result through a screenshot.

    • Press Windows key + R to open the run window.
    • Type cmd, then press Enter.
    • Type ping www.microsoft.com
      and press Enter.
      • If you receive 4 replies, it means the site is working properly.
      • If you got a request time out, it means that your connection has issues.
    Step 3 - Scan your PC for viruses and malwares by using Windows Defender.

    • Click Ask me anything.
    • Type Windows Defender, then click it.
    • In Home tab, click Full then click Scan now.
    • Wait for the process to finish. If there are any findings after the scan, send us the screenshot.
    Get back to us if you can perform these steps.
