Windows 10: Cannot scroll down to blank space in Windows Terminal

Usually, I used the default terminal to run PowerShell. Lastly, I knew about Windows Terminal and wanted to migrate. But I got some different behavior from Windows Terminal that I cannot scroll down to blank space like in standard. So the current console is always at the bottom of the terminal.Default:Windows TerminalI've searched for the same issues but got nothing. It may be possible that the blank space on your notification area is connected with the OneDrive app. We can reset the app by following the steps below:

• To open the Run dialog box, press and hold the Windows key and press
  R.
• Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press
  Enter.
• The OneDrive icon will disappear and reappear for a few minutes.
• If the OneDrive icon doesn't appear on the notification area, open the
  Run dialog box again and type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe and press
  Enter.

You Need To Enable Touch And Keyboard Handwriting Service On To Fix This Problem To enable Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service, follow these steps:

1. Press Win+R in combination to open the Run dialog box.
2. In the empty field of the box, type Services.msc and hit the Enter key to open the Services (Local) editor.
3. locate Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service entry under Name section.
4. Now double click it
5. Change The Startup Type To Automatic If It Not Already
6. Then Click The Start Button Then Click Ok And Close The Window
7. Now Relaunch Windows Terminal Your Problem Should Now Be Fixed
