Windows 10: Cannot Search, Use Audio, or Connect to support because Laptop shows offline

Hello,For the past 6 months or so, I keep loosing features on my laptop.It started with the loss of searching. If I press the search button or try to type a search item, the windows pops up but quickly disappears. I also cannot search in windows explorer.Next, the audio went out. I cannot hear anything and even tried some of the items on the forums to fix but nothing works.Now, even though I'm connected to wifi, the icon shows like its not connected and says "No internet". But I'm connected to internet.If I try to do a windows update, I use to get a 0x0****** error and couldn't update. Now it

We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
