    Hi there, I am posting this question in the hope that someone can help! Mail & Calender app which I have set up a pop3 account provided by my ISP can only send emails if I use the same Internet connection. If I use the Internet from another ISP, emails sent are immediately returned by Window: sending error: We weren't be able to sent this message. So we have put it in your draft folder. Please send ..... Is there anyway to configure the smtp server so that I can send messages from Mail? Thank you. SH

    Windows Mail and Calendar won't send attachments

    Windows Mail and Calendar won't send attachments. I can attach a file, hit send, but it doesn't show whether it went out and it never comes in. I understand that perhaps some problems with Windows 10 are resolved by connecting Mail and Calendar and Windows 10 with an online Microsoft account, is that right? I already have an online Microsoft account but I don't believe it's connected with this OS and email client. Do you know how I connect those?

    Unable to send mails from Mail app (held in Outbox)

    Hi Barrie,

    Thank you for updating.

    Do you have stable internet connection?

    I suggest you to check the date and time setting in your computer.

    Please follow the below steps and check.


    • Click on the Date and time at the right bottom corner of your screen.

    • Click on Date and time settings and click on
      Change date and time format on right pane.
    Also try to access mail through browser and check if you are able to send and receive mail. Do check if you have seamless internet access.

    Do try the steps suggested and check the status of the issue. Thank you.
