Windows 10: Cannot set PIN Windows 10 - This option is currently unavailable

Hi,When I when through the initial setup on my Windows 10 laptop after I got it, I did not set it for Microsoft login, but I was able to set a PIN.More recently, I've wanted to change the PIN, but I wasn't able to do it. When I go to settings, it says:This option is currently unavailableSomething went wrongI probably should have left things as they were, but I tried various things like deleting the Ngc directory and then eventually at one point, I deleted the existing PIN, so now, I have to log in using password only and I still cannot add a PIN.Can someone here help me with this? Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

I had an issue on my personal laptop where my organisation required that I change my pin.

I ended up removing the PIN and now it says that this option is currently unavailable, try again later. I am unable to set up any Windows Hello sign-in options.
