Windows 10: Cannot share files/folders over the network with another computer

The closest I got to was the ability to see the 2nd computer's Users folder from the main computer, which is perfectly fine - but for some reason, I can't get an access anymore.

You can put the files you want to share in the Shared Documents folder. Files stored in the Shared Documents folder or its subfolders are always available to other users on your computer.

I could not help but notice in step 1 you say to enable " Function Discovery Resource Publication "

In most of the posts I have read on Ten Forums they also suggest to enable " Function Discovery Provider Host "

Are you suggesting that Function Discovery Provider Host is not necessary.
