    Hi.

    As from this summer OneDrive is no longer a valid option as cloud storage the next question is pretty obvious (at least for me):

    Is Photo App able to work with other cloud services (flickr, google cloud, mega....)?

    P.S.

    Please don't suggest to buy more storage from a company that in the past promised additional storage for buy its products just take all back now.

    Hi Catherine

    The first thing to decide is if you need a cloud service . . .

    If you do then you need to decide which one to use and uninstall the rest

    It is very wasteful in terms of hard drive space and system resources to be running more than one cloud service on your PC

    On your PC are user library folders - Documents, Pictures, Music and Videos

    That is where you should store your files and of you decide to use a cloud service, those folders only should be synced to the cloud, so your personal files are backed up

    The Photos App is just a view of your Pictures folder on your hard drive, there is no actual pictures stored in that app. The camera roll folder is where pictures and videos taken with your webcam is stored

    So, basically, decide if you want to use a cloud service and uninstall the other(s) from Settings - Apps

    Then go into the cloud service settings page and set that to just sync the folders you choose . . .

    App is not syncing to the cloud

    Hi Robert, Greg is here (an Independent advisor).

    Please follow the steps to link your app with the Cloud.

    >Start the Book Bazaar Reader app and right click on the launched Window

    >At the bottom on the left of the screen you will find list of options, including Add a book, Cloud and Select

    >Click on Cloud and select Connect to the Cloud (OneDrive), then follow on-screen instructions.

    >Sign in using the same user account which is connected with OneDrive to check if the issue persists.
