Windows 10: Cannot sign in after Clean boot

So, this is my problem:I clean booted on my 13 years old laptop model Vostro 15-3568. After the boot I was greeted by the lock screen as usual, but signing in by PIN got disabled, only the option of using passwords is availble, which I have never used for nearly a decade, so now I have completely no idea what the passwords are. I tried both setting new PIN and resetting my password but the option just take back to the lock screen probably clean booting disabled several Windows features, I have also tried Shift + Restart to use Advance Troubleshooting but all options require passwords. The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

• Are you able to create a new Microsoft Account?

I suggest you to check the internet connection, as signing in to Microsoft account require active internet connection. Also try to clean boot and check if you are able to sign in into Microsoft account.

I suggest you to restart the computer. Remove any external plugged in devices (except mouse, keyboard and internet connection), perform clean boot and then try to sign in and check if it helps. Clean boot will help you to recognize the program that is stopping
you to sign in.

A clean boot helps to verify if any third party application services or startup item is causing this issue.
