Windows 10: Cannot sign in after resetting the laptop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. Recently I found it was not working properly. So, I reset it using the internal utilities in the Windows 10 OS. After the reset process was complete, I saw a screen that showed “Other Users” and I was asked to enter the username and password. I entered my MS account name and password. But Windows said the information was incorrect. I looked up this Community site for recommended solutions but none of them worked in my case. Later I found out that there was no “administrative account” available on the computer anymore. Would someone be able to help me solve t

It's possible for you to change the sign-in method of your computer once you're logged in. Since you can't remember your password, if you're using your Microsoft account, we suggest that you follow the steps
provided in this article: When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account.
If you're using a local account, follow the steps here instead: Reset
your Windows 10 local account password.



Once you're able to sign in, you can change the sign-in options by following these steps:

• 
  Click Start.
  
• 
  Type Sign-in options.
  
• 
  Press Enter.
  
• 
  Under PIN, click Add.
  
• 
  Enter your password or any other required information when prompted and click
  OK.
  
• 
  Enter at PIN number with at least 4 digits and click OK.

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
