Windows 10: Cannot sign-in family.microsoft.com because it keep asking me sign in but don't let me

I have not login family.microsoft.com since a few months ago. I have enabled 2 factors authentication for my account. Today when I try to login with Chrome going to family.microsoft.com, I followed the procedure and authorize myself using Microsoft Authenticator app. I approved myself but your site just ask me to send notification again and again. I have tried with Incognito window but not helping.So I changed to Edge browser and clear all the cookie and cahce. This time the Edge is asking my to type in my Pin I am login my Windows 11 using the same Microsoft account. But he browser is askin

broken "family member needs to sign in"

Parental controls stopped working. Family.Microsoft.com has alert: "Your family member needs to sign in to their Windows 10 device AngLaptop2014 for family features to work.

But the "how to fix this" says

• Select Accounts > Family & other people
• Under Your family, select your family member, then select Allow
• Have your family member sign in with their Microsoft account if asked to

And the steps don't apply. The account is already allowed, and there is no option to change that.

Now what???

 

Endless Loop, Microsoft Family Always Asking My Son to 'Sign In To Verify Account'

I've had this issue for several weeks. Microsoft Family keeps prompting me to have my son "sign in to verify his account" of his Surface Pro and his XBox. We follow the provided instructions (navigating to aka.ms/familyverify and signing in) but the 'alert' never goes away. And it's not clear how we can do this on an XBox anyway. I've tried the suggested troubleshooting steps on other Microsoft Community threads, but none of them have made a difference.

 

Microsoft Family Sign In

I am trying to access Microsoft Account Family features. My child can not sign in.
Why?

When my child tries to sign in on our PC the following message is displayed:

"The user profile service failed the sign-in. User Profile can not be loaded."

Here is some further information:

Exact steps I took: - START, SETTINGS, ACCOUNTS. - Clicked on "Manage my Microsoft Account". - A Mozilla Firefox screen opened up on this site
https://account.microsoft.com/about - Clicked Sign in - Signed in to my account. Clicked on FAMILY. -

Select a child to view or edit their settings
Add
Remove I
Clicked on add

Typed in an email address, and clicked on SEND INVITE

After my son accepted the invitation I logged in again to my account, clicked on FAMILY, and clicked on his account to view and edit his settings.

I also went through START, SETTINGS, ACCOUNTS. I clicked on FAMILY AND OTHER USERS. I selected the child account and clicked CAN SIGN IN.

From the sign in page of our computer my child can not sign in. When we attempt to we get the following message message:

The user profile service failed the sign-in. User Profile can not be loaded.

The operating system installed on my computer is:
Windows 10 Home



My son can access his account on any computer. He simply can not LOG ON to our family PC in the first place.

I have requested help from Microsoft, and have been directed by them to this forum.
