Windows 10: Cannot sign in for help, cannot download Get Help app

I need support from Microsoft about the sheer amount of pornography they are sending me.


I try to get support on the website. Popup chat opens, wants me to sign in, I press sign in, it goes away and goes back to the beginning.

It is an endless loop.


Other option it gives me is opening the Get Help app which I removed along with the other bloatware.


Get Help app is uninstalled. No big deal, I know the powershell script to add the package back.

But powershell script refuses saying it cannot be found.


So I go to the Microsoft Store, search Get Help, all it gives me is a bunch of third party apps that have nothing to do with MS.


I just want support.... why is this so hard?

Don't really know how to help you. You are being vague. Here is what I would do. Choosing a case is aesthetics first. Shop NewEgg and list the cases you like and list them. Members will suggest the best choice from your selections.
