Windows 10: Cannot sign in to my Microsoft Account - it says it has sent a code but it doesn't

I recently upgraded my motherboard and want to activate my windows 10 licence. It tells me to go to settings to activate it and then it asks me to login when i open the troubleshooter.I'm asked to put my PIN in which I do. Then it also says that it needs to verify my identity by sending a code to my hotmail account. I click the button for it to do this but no code is ever sent. So I cannot get into this microsoft account and i can't activate windows with my product key.I can still get into the email account though, even though it's associated with the same email address. Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
