Windows 10: Cannot Sign in Win10 with My Work Account Microsoft 365 Account

Hi Microsoft,Recently my company provided laptop is accidentally damaged the LCD display, so I have to switch to use a new laptop. However, I encounter quite a lot of difficulties in setting up the new device with same work email account. 1. I am not able to sign in Windows Win10 Pro using my work account, so my windows account in new laptop remains as a local accountWhen I click the "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" option, below error shows up:2. I try to ignore problem #1 above and move on to use the Office app, however, I am not able to setup Outlook as well both using Wizard o

Sign in with a Microsoft account instead

I do in fact have an existing Microsoft account and if I go directly to Microsoft, everything works. The problem is clearly at Step 7 of the process of, "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead." I don't know why this is happening.

 

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
