Windows 10: Cannot sign in with my ANZ company account, the issue started on March 10, 2025

Hi TeamWhen I open the interface without logging in, it works fine. please refer to the screenshot. However, when I use my ANZ company account to log in, it fails to redirect to the chat interface. Please refer to the screenshot. This issue started yesterday, but it was working fine last week.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.

Issues with automatically sign to the other account after restarting the Computer and not able to sign in to main account on Windows 10.

Have you made any changes to the Computer prior to the issue?



Try to check if your User account is displaying in user account list.

1. Click on Search bar.

2. Type "User Accounts" without the quotes in the search bar and click on it.

3. Click on Manage another account.

4. Then check if your account is listed or not.

I suggest you to try to check if you are able to see the sign in option of your account in the sign in screen.

1. When the Computer automatically shows login screen of your Husband's account, try to sign in to his account.

2. Then I suggest you to Sign out from his account.

3. Click on Start Menu and then click on User name which is displayed at the top corner of the Start Menu.

4. Click on Sign out.

5. After signing out, check if your account is listed in sign in list.

Windows 10 won't allow me to "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead"

I suggest you to follow the methods below:

Method 1

I Suggest you to start the "Microsoft account sign in assistant" service and check if it helps. If its already started then stop it and restart the service.To do so,follow the steps below:

• Type services in the search bar.
• Select Microsoft account sign in assistant service.
• Right click on Microsoft account sign in assistant
  and click stop to stop the service.
• Right click on Microsoft account sign in assistant
  again and click restart to start the service.

Method 2

I suggest you to create a local admin account and then switch to microsoft account and check if it helps:
