Windows 10: Cannot sign in with my Microsoft email into my pc and my Xbox app

Hi,I cannot sign in with my Microsoft email into my pc and my Xbox app. However, I can still login with the same Microsoft email in Microsoft website itself, and Minecraft website just fine. How can this happen?Whenever I try to login, this message appears:Something went wrong.Please try again.0x8007003BMy email has been a long time, so I want to know what's the problem with it, that it has specific website that it cannot enter.
