Windows 10: Cannot sign into microsoft account after getting a new hard drive installed

I just got a new hard drive installed at Best Buy. I went to sign into the account and I keep getting "the password you entered for your device is incorrect" I changed the password and I get the same statement. I even used another microsoft account and changed that password and I get the same message. I even tried to sign in as a new account with the old e-mail and it says it is an active account. I called up Best Buy tech support and they said they would talk to the local place I took it to asking if there is something that they could have done. Does anyone know how to fix this so the p

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

 

Administrator rights sign-in on computer with New hard drive due to old crashing.

Our hard drive crashed on our computer requiring installation of a new drive. Tech was able to move files from crashed hard drive and the history of programs we had installed on our computer. We had a Microsoft account with admin rights and password set
up prior to the crash, as well as a non-admin rights account set up which we signed onto the computer unless we needed admin rights. Tech did not set up the sign-in aspect of Windows 10 for us and I am struggling to try to figure out how to reset this up
on the new hard drive. What would the steps be to use the same Microsoft account with admin rights and password on this new hard drive? I have attempted to log into my Microsoft account using Settings and Accounts, but it keeps telling me my password is
incorrect. Yet I used that Microsoft account and password to log in here to ask this question! Frustrated.

Do I need to create a new Microsoft account and password in order to set up the admin rights and a separate non-admin rights on this new hard drive?
