    I am getting a message that it cannot start display driver. its an Intel (r) HD Graphics 530
    When trying to find new drivers the system said that I had the latest driver however there was also a msg. about Windows has stopped this driver Problem code 43.
    Is this a problem with the latest release of Windows 10
    I have another system same model and when I installed windows 10 on it I got the same error so I don't think the driver is bad.
    I am running Version 1709 Build 16299.64

    Display driver failed to start after automatic update

    My Dell Inspiron 15 laptop was automatically updated and since then there seems to be a problem with the display driver. Each time I switch on the laptop I get the information that the 'Display driver failed to start. Using Microsoft basic display driver
    instead. Check Windows update for newer display driver' but I cannot find it.

    As a consequence out of this problem it seems that another application (jointv) is not working correctly.

    Would appreciate your support!

    my display is 1366*768 but its show and recommended 1080*768 only, there is not other options.

    troubleshooting my problem, show basic display adapter problem. what can I do????

    This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
    The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter.
