Windows 10: Cannot start Windows - SynTPEnh.exe error

HelloI have a Lenovo thinkpad x1. After an Lenova update including bios firmware, when I try to boot up, see an error box SynTPEnh.exe - bad imageI can't boot into safe mode, just see a black screen. I can boot into safe mode with command mode. Though don't know how to tackle this issue. I don't have a previous system restore point to go back to. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in

• regsvr32.exe mshtml.dllN

It gives me this:

Codes are caused by misconfigured system files in your windows operating system or by the following reasons:

• missing or damaged or modified .dll files.
• Invalid Entry or Command path.
• Active X control errors.
• Registry issues.

I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Microsoft Windows Error.

So to start, i just go into control panel to reformat? Or can i just do it straight from Windows?

Basically what steps do i need to do it?
