Windows 10: Cannot startup because of cpu fan speed error

I woke today to find my computer shutdown (I had it on last night). I got this message during startup:

Cpu fan speed error detected
Make sure that the cpu fan is a properly installed on the cpu_fan header
adjust/disable the fan speed low limit option the UEFI bios

I went into the bios and I found cpu fan settings, but I didn’t find the “low limit” option anywhere. I also tried optimize my fans, but that didn’t work.

W10 CPU fan not boosting to max speed

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.

We would suggest you to update the following items and check the cpu fan speed and performance.

Check if there is a program to control the fan speed, may be the controller program is not compatible with Windows 10. Also check for the below list and please update it:

• BIOS.
• Chipset drivers.

If you don't find the drivers compatible for Windows 10. refer to the motherboard manufacturer website and check for updated chipset drivers and install it.

CPU fan not working properly

The fans are always idle no matter how hot the cpu gets, its hottest ive seen it at is 83 degrees Celsius. the cooling policy is active but they always run low idle, they used to speed up all the time now they don't.does anybody have any suggestions?

Why my CPU's fan speed increases after plugging in charge? And soon it goes down after sometimes when I unplugged it from charging.
