Windows 10: cannot successfully have a video visit, with my incarcerated son, on windows 11, worked on...

I've attempted to do a video visit with my incarcerated son and using windows 11 and it doesn't work. Tried several times to no avail. Was successful using windows 10 and now it seems to be fruitless.I go to Securus technologies and am battling 0 % success rate.I have to use Securus video runtime and several times it would get stuck in the middle of the installation. I use firefox browser. I was told when I called Securus Technologies that I should try another browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. I don't like to use Chrome, so I used Microsoft Edge. Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

For us to know why Family Safety reports no websites visited on your son's phone, please answer these questions:

• Did it use to give you a report containing the websites he has visited?
• Is it the only device not including the visited websites on the report?

Please review the Family Safety setup of your accounts online to make sure that the phone is monitored correctly.
