Windows 10: Cannot sync my samsung phone to my Dell desktop or pc calendars

I have both a Dell laptop and desktop both running Windows 11, however I cannot sync my phone calendar with either laptop or desktop.

Syncing Microsoft Calendar with Samsung Calendar

So if your using cortona or windows 10 calendar and want it to sync to your samsung calendar :

step 1: add all your email address on windows 10 email app and in the setting section have them sync their calendars.

Step 2: add all your email addresses to your galaxy s8's accounts and have them sync calendars.

At this point, any addition you make on your phone will sync to your windows 10 calendar.

To sync from your windows 10 calendar to your phone you have to :

Step 1: Open your calendar.

Step 2: Click on the date you want to make an event, a box will pop up

Step 3: At the top of the box, select the email account you would like to sync this calendar event to.

Step 4: save event.

As long as the email selected is synced to your samsung calendar it will show up on your samsung phone. it will also show up on your gmail or outlook calendar. I know its kind of archaic but if you have a work email that's shared throughout a company, you
probably wouldn't want your personal life to show up on that calendar. For example, i have a bachelor party coming up. I don't want that to sink with my work email, so i select my private one.

Anyhow, your welcome.... This took me like an hour and a bit to figure out.

 

Syncing Win 10 Calendar App with Google Calendar

Not as far as I know. Google calendar is Google only, but I have a Samsung device which has Samsung calendar installed by default and it syncs perfectly all events for Samsung-, Google- and Microsoft-calendars.

The device I'm using is Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but I think S8/S8+ and S9/S9+ uses exactly the same tools. I am not sure what calendar apps the lower end Samsung phones or any other branded phones support.

 

Syncing Microsoft Calendar with Samsung Calendar

As the subject says, I want to sync my Microsoft calendar with my Samsung calendar. You can say that I got it working to 50%.

As I make a new "appointment" on my phone´s (Samsung Galaxy S8) calendar, it gets synced with my Microsoft calendar on my PC (Windows 10). But what it won't do is vice versa. I use the same email address for my Microsoft account, Samsung account and Gmail
account.

So to clarify, when I make a event on my Microsoft calendar, it won't sync to my phoness calendar, but if I make a event on my phone's calendar, it syncs perfectly on my Microsoft calendar. So it only syncs one way.

I have all the calendars showing in my "Manage Calendars" setting on my phone and I have synced the individual calendars several times.

Why is that?

Can I do anything to fix it or is this just how it is (which would be a huge bummer)?
