Windows 10: Cannot toggle between Microsoft Office minimized windows in Windows 11

I have an issue with windows 11 taskbarwhenever I open several windows from the same Microsoft office application and minimize them example : Opening several emails from outlook and minimizing them I cannot open them back, they are not responding and I have to restart the whole application which is really annoying.The same is happening with word, excel ,PowerPointdidn't notice this issue with other applications, only officeI'm using the below windows updates:KB5016691 KB5015732 and Office version 2207 Build 15427.20284Appreciate any suggestions\fixes**The screenshot below was taken from w

How is this news or surprising to anyone?

Especially when there are viable and arguably better open-source alternatives out there.. For those of us who don't use Microsoft Office, this isn't a problem.

Last year at Ignite, we announced Office 2019 – the next perpetual version of Office that includes apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Skype for Business) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). Today we’re pleased to share the following updates:

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

I agree with this. No one is stopping me from using my purchased 2007 Office. Works just great for my needs 11 years later.

I can understand why MS would want to shed many versions of window support for office that doesn't play well with Win 10 coding. I'm all for moving forward to create a better user experience. Might finally upgrade and keep Office 2019 for 10 years until 2029 to make it worth it again. *Big Grin
