Windows 10: CANNOT TURN OFF ANNOYING NOTIFICATION "DING" HP PURCHASED 2022

I am at my wit's end. I have tried everything suggested on blogs. This has been ringing for 6 months. I am about to purchase an IPad because I cannot figure this out. It seemed to start with a message about my mouse not "nearby". I threw away the mouse and took out the USB connection. Please, for the love of God, can SOMEONE help me?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Turn off icloud storage notifications on Windows.

I have done this (the steps described above) and iCloud seems to be able to turn the notifications back on. In other words, when the system is rebooted, the annoying notifications from iCloud reappear. The fact that I went into the settings and turned off
these notifications-- including left-clicking on them/drilling down to specifically turn off everything-- seems to be meaningless.

Most annoying. Makes me want to remove iCloud from W10.

Dinging Dinging and "Garmin is Running" why

I am really glad to know that this feature exsists, thank you. However, I had to roll back out of Mango, and now there is no background option under Settings/Applications.



I was annoying everyone in meetings with my phone going crazy and dinging/dinging/dinging, no way to silence it. Except turn it off, then leave it off, pretty much don't have a phone then.
