Windows 10: Cannot turn on "Get the latest updates as soon as They're available"

I am not in an organization or using a work/school account, I just upgraded My Hp Victus from Windows 11 version 21H2 to 24H2 via an ISO, I had to do some extra updates afterward, I thought it would also fix it in the process, but it did not get fixed, I Tried a lot of other troubleshoot ting for this, like this here:reg delete "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /freg delete "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\WindowsUpdate" /freg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /freg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\

There is no "Get the latest updates as soon as they become available" switch in the Windows 11 update options, but there used to be one. How to restore it?
It is possible that this is due to an incorrect installation of some update?

In the system parameters I see:
Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Release
Version 22H2
Installation date 08/10/2023 OS build 23560.1000

At the same time, I don't have the Windows Insider program connected - I can't enable sending optional data. I move the button to the "On" position, but as soon as I leave this page, the button turns off.
How can I return the line “Get the latest updates as soon as they become available” back to the update options menu?
