Windows 10: Cannot turn on Wireless Capability

I've tried reinstalling drivers, editing registry keys, running trouble shooters, and the only thing the trouble shooter tells me is that my Wireless Capability is turned off. I pressed Fn + f4 (Which is the re-enable wifi tower symbol) and It does not work for some reason. (All the other function keys does work.) This happened when I tried to press Alt + F4 on a program, and then my wifi was suddenly turned off. Updated all my drivers and restarted, device manager does not say theres anything wrong with my drivers. Here is my Wifi Adapter: Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz version: 20.120.1.1

If I tried to click the wifi button on the wifi to turn it on, the wifi button turns gray, and then turns off again. Theres an option to turn wifi on manually, in 1 hour or more, and it does not work. When I try to turn it on in settings, the switch turns on, the loading circle shows, and it turns off again. Any help is greatly appreciated, just don't tell me to repeat anything I mentioned above because I already did all of that.

Wireless capability won't turn on

Thanks to you all for your suggestions but none of them solved my problem. To make matters worse I learned at Toshiba's website that my Satellite A665 is not listed as Windows 10 ready device.

Fortunately I also found an answer to my problem, and that was to turn on the wireless capability using the software switch: TBSWireless.exe located in the Program Files/Toshiba/TBS directory.

Now I plan to go back to my Windows Home Premium.

I have an HP elitebook and my troubleshooter is telling me that my wireless capability is turned off. It suggests to push the wireless button on my computer, which I cannot locate or to use the function keys. I have no idea what the function keys are
much less where to find and/or use them.

From the information you sent me and following them, I could get the diagnostic information of wireless connectivity so as information for connection diagnosed, the Root cause: Wireless capability is turned off and Radio is off (Hw Switch).

The repair option: Turn on wireless capability. Use the switch on the front or side of the computer or function keys available, to enable wireless capability on this computer.

So I conclude that it was not problem of the windows but of the Toshiba Laptop configuration so I decided to reset it pressing restart and F2 later F9 and F10, so the problem was solved.
