Windows 10: Cannot type question mark with right side shift

Hi all

I am using window 10 pro with build 18363.778

I have confirm that my laptop right side shift is no any problem that can switch input language can change capital letter and other symbol !@#$%^&*_+{}:"<>/ and the question mark is unable to show out question mark button there is no problem also "/"

How I can solve this problem

I have try to make a reset but problem still same.

Can't type a question mark

I am unable to type a question mark on my computer. The problem is not the shift key, since I am able to use it for secondary functions on all other keys. For example, 1 and ! , 2 and " etc.

I'm also unable to type a question mark using the on-screen keyboard.

Finally, I've checked that my keyboard layout is set to English UK. The problem is not that another key types instead of a question mark, just that nothing types at all. Press the forward key: / = perfect. Hold down shift and press it: nothing.

It doesn't work with any software - Word, internet browser, etc.

Using Windows 10 (and no, it didn't work with 8.1 either).

Any ideas? (<- yeah, I had to copy and paste that question mark)

 

question mark

The question mark on my new Samsung laptop 350XAA is on the lower right corner of the w key. The w works fine but I cannot figure out how to get a shift to the question mark. I have tried using the Alt key, the Alt + Shift keys and all the Function keys
but still no question mark. Can you help out (should be a question mark here!)

 

Control C and Shift Question Mark are not workiiigbn

Any time I try to copy and paste something it does not work. Also any time I try to do a shift question mark it does not work. Any clue how to fix this (I'd add a question mark but it doesn't work.
