Windows 10: Cannot uninstall software needed to access work wifi

Discus and support Cannot uninstall software needed to access work wifi in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; First of all, I attempted to download this feature again to update it, but it would not allow me to do that because it already had the program files...     Cannot uninstall software needed to access work wifi


    First of all, I attempted to download this feature again to update it, but it would not allow me to do that because it already had the program files there...?


    To try to bypass this first issue, I found every file that was used with secureW2 and permanently deleted them so that the overlap would not be a problem. However, I believe I may have deleted a file that was needed to uninstall it.


    The issue I am running into now is that I cannot uninstall the feature because I do not have the correct files anymore, but I also cannot install the necessary files because I am still being told that the PC already has the program files.


    Is there a way to override this and just force the uninstall, or is there a way to get the correct files I need to uninstall feature that I am missing?

    How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused Cannot uninstall software needed to access work wifi :confused:

    Laptops cannot access desktops via WIFI


    I have 3 desktops (all on Windows 10 1803) connected on my LAN. After following this forum for some times and did all the steps as suggested by forum member, access denied, all my desktops are able to view and access one another. I have a printer connected to PC1, and managed to connect all the other 2 PCs to have the shared printer.

    I also have 2 more laptops (both Asus with the same Windows 10 1803) connected via WIFI. Performed all the same steps as per the desktops, but I was not able to access PC1. I was able to view all the 3 desktops from the file explorer, but I just can't access all the desktops. However, I was able to access the Asus laptops from desktop PC1.

    Anyone able to assist on this matter? Any assistance is highly appreciated.
