Windows 10: Cannot uninstall update - causing pen and display tablet to lag and jump

I allowed the update kb5034123 to install earlier today and afterward my display tablet and pen were laggy and jumpy. I noticed that windows automatically started influencing my keyboard lighting after this update so I know it's been messing with devices in general. I used my mouse to draw in the same program I tried with the tablet and pen and it works fine like that, confirming this issue is not with the tablet software. The drawing program worked perfectly fine before the update. I tried to confirm the update was the issue but i cannot uninstall it. I clicked uninstall and it says "uninst

Graphics Tablet Pen Lagging in Windows 10

Both Huion and Wacom tablets pen lag in Windows 10 (though wacom lesser) and looks as though the pen is slowly following the cursor behind it.

This never happened in Windows 7

This is not program specific as it happens in various programs, I have attempted various things and it still does the slow following lag thing.

This is a serious issue as an illustrator and needs to be solved.

I have latest updates and drivers.

This happens to both the Huion Tablets and The Wacom Tablets, in all drawing programs.

Since its happening everywhere on different branded graphics tablets and programs, it leads me to believe that this is a Windows 10 specific issue.

 

Pen Tablet Enumerator Was Uninstalled

I have been having numerous problems with the tablet, and here is what I have tried to do.

I uninstalled "Tablet Driver V5.02" which won't uninstall.

And had planned to uninstall and reinstall Pen Tablet Bus Enumerator, but am unable to reinstall. I restarted, checked for hardware changes and checked windows update for appropriate files and even online but I am still unable to find the appropriate driver
to install. I feel I will be halfway to solving the tablet problem if I can at least delete that odd app "Tablet Driver V5.02" and reinstall Pen Tablet Bus Enumerator, the driver I am missing.

I have already did my best with the software on the tablet's side the problem persists in its absence so I feel this is a driver problem in Windows.

 

Is Stylus pen lagging a hardware or software issue?

I own a VOYO 2 in 1 tablet with windows 10. The tablet comes with its own active stylus pen. The problem when I open windows ink or use it for general writing it usually show lagging. There is a short visible lag between when the tip of the pen touches
the screen and the appearance of the writing. VOYO technical support claimed that they will be issuing an update in the future. It is been 10 months now since I purchased the tablet and no update has been issued. Can I solve this problem by using a different
better stylus pen such as Wacom Bamboo pen or surface pen, or this is a problem with the tablet software in recognizing pen writing?. Thank you
