Windows 10: Cannot unistall bittorrent

I need help to uninstall bit torrent from the app menu.

When I click the uninstall button, nothing happens and the app icon is still there.

There does not seem to have been a folder in the program files called bittorrent I can uninstall either.

i often get error "windows ran out of memory. unable to allocate 52226546bytes" error from bittorrent though RAM memory is more than 6 GB unused, and bittorrent crashes . the same error also appears often while starting bittorrent and the app closes while
starting ...even if i have only the bittorrent running,,,though in task manager more than 6GB of 12GB DDR3 ram is unused...the problem surfaced again after i downgraded from the latest version to version 9.5, when i could not start bittorrent with its latest
version which i was using

Thank you very much for proposing a solution to fix the problem " Bittorrent starts with Windows ".

I downloaded and installed the app. Then "end task" Bittorrent in task manager.

Restart Windows. Bittorrent doesn't appear. Good new. Restart Windows one more time. Good nes again.

But when I start Bittorrent, then close it. Restart Windows, Bittorrent reappears. The problem doesn't fixed.

Thank you again for your help. Maybe we need to find something else.

Is this a desktop program?

If you don't know where it is, rt click the shortcut in the start menu, More, Open File Location.

Then install Revo uninstaller, and use that.

Also try:
Press Windows key + X, click Control Panel, Click Programs and Features, and see if it is in that list. If so, right click and Uninstall.

 

Have you looked for it at the traditional place......... Programs and Features ?

In Control Panel / Program and Features , when attempting to uninstall the program..the box contains the ' You do not have sufficient access to uninstall BitTorrent. Please contact your system administrator '

More advice needed !.. I have downloaded Revo Uninstaller and ran the program.
BUT BitTorrent doesn't appear on the listed programs on the Home screen.
However, in Uninstall on Control Panel it is listed.. when I attempt to uninstall, all I get is a box with ' please wait until the current program has finished uninstalling or BEING changed '..!

I guess, as usual, I have missed something !... any advice please ?

Further info.. I tried to remove this annoyances via Settings-apps and Features..
Right clicked on BitTorrent... selected Uninstall.. got a box with
'Windows cannot find '/BitTorrent.exe'
Don't know if this data is of consequence, and I remain in a quandary !.
