Windows 10: Cannot Update from Build 25145.rs_prerelease.220617-1406 to newer versions

Hello, my computer used to be able to update normally. The last update was on 02/07/2022 DDMMYY. Since then, I get errors. Latest error is: Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0xC1900101: Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.25951.1010 rs_prerelease.Not sure what to do. Unable to update Windows 10 past Build 19551.rs_prerelease.200118-2023

Hi,

I need some help in trying to update my PC to a newer version of Windows 10. I have been stuck on Build 19551.rs_prerelease.200118-2023.

I'm on Fast Ring trying to update to 19613.1000. The update downloads and installs fine, when I restart my PC it gets to "Working on updates 60%" and then the PC restarts and then I get a message "Undoing changes made to your computer..." and when PC loads
I am still on Build 19551.rs_prerelease.200118-2023.

I have tried doing a clean boot whilst updating as well which ended up with the same issue.

Please advise what I can do to successfully update my PC.

Having problems with Windows Insider Build 10.0.18305.1003 (rs_prerelease) updating from an older version

I'm currently using Windows 10 Pro Insider build 18282.rs_prerelease.181109-1613, and a popup keeps appearing which says "Your Windows version is going to expire soon. Please update to a newer version as soon as possible.", so I went to Windows Update in
Setting and downloaded a newer version, after it finished downloading and installing, it told me to restart, after doing so It got stuck at "15% installed" at booting screen and then restarted once again, but this time it said "Undoing changes that were made
to your computer." and restarted again, going back to the previous version of windows. I've tried installing several times but it does the same every time. Any help regarding to this problem? I'd simply just reinstall the Windows but I have a lot of apps installed
but I don't want to bother reinstalling them, when they occupy more than 1TB of space. (excluding installation packages or other files)

Please, any help would be appreciated.
