Windows 10: Cannot update Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7323

Lately I have a screen flickering issue only while playing videos in fullscreen. And I found out that there is an optional update for display driveri.e. 26.20.100.7323 and hoping that this update will fix my issue but whenever I tried to update, it shows installing and vanish. But whenever I click on the Check for Update again, it still shows the driver update, if I click the download and install the same process happen again and again. So, I can't update the Display driver- 26.20.100.7323.

I also tried to uninstall the current display driver- 26.20.100.6911 and download and install theDisplay driver- 26.20.100.7323 from the device manager. It shows an update for my previous driver i.e. 26.20.100.6911and i i installed this driver but it again shows the update for Display driver- 26.20.100.7323 and the same problem happen again.

P.S. Screen flicker happens while using both version.

After getting an update for the intel graphics driver to version intel corporation - display - 27.20.100.8189 my system shows a unique issue, The system did not responds to multiple display option the source is detected by the laptop on hdmi but no display
on the second screen sometime intel hd display audio stops sounds, But after reinstalling it from device manager sounds works. I am facing this issue on my HP probook 450 G3 laptop and I am facing this issue after updating to MAY 2020 Update. Can Any one
help me with this.

How to stop Windows from updating this: Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7757?

My laptop does not like this update. Full screen videos turn everything black. The mouse is only slightly working.

I kept uninstalling and deleting it but windows kept downloading and installing it. How do I stop this and not show up on my update list?

WU ignores Intel Corporation - SoftwareComponent - 2.7.100.2 update




Here's what I see...





...so when I click 'Install Now', 0.001 seconds later it is supposedly finished.

I look at my Installed Updates/Drivers and I see this...





That was fast. So I looked at my Reliability History and I see many multiple times of this drivers' failed attempts at updating...





I try Intels' Driver and Support Assistant but its website says "there's something wrong".
I've configured my Startups and System Configurations to fully run, still the update refuses to...update.
Never had a problem with updating before.
I Bing-ed the update and wound up at the Microsoft Update catalog and saw the update...several of the same one.





So close yet so far. What should I do? *Sad
