    Is there no way but to clean install i don't want to lose my files.

    Only thing l can suggest right now is a clean install, which will wipe everything off your computer, partitions included.
    Then you would have to reinstall all your personal files and programs.

    You can wait for someone else to help, but I can't think of anything else right now. Sorry. Your partitions seem to be giving Windows update a problem.

    When you ran chkdsk did you have to reboot to finish running it and did it find any errors??

    It showed no errors and i rebooted.

    It showed to access all files currently used by other programs it needs to reboot but then after reboot it showed no errors

    Well unless you choose the wrong iso from Windows, then I have no more ideas. besides a clean install. Those logs show that you have partitions problems. So I am out of ideas.
