Windows 10: Cannot update win 10 from ver 1803? to 1909.

It has been bothering me for weeks as everytime I re-start my laptop, it would freeze at GIGABYTE logo with no spinning circle.


everything happened after the message said my current win10 is out of Life cycle and I applied the 1903 update.


Here is what cannot be installed. And then, the system is sent to reboot. It stuck at Gigabyte boot menu and never proceed.





I checked the update log and found I think nothing wrong...Every time now I re-start the laptop I had to reverse the change and reset.


The version is still at 1803. Please help.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Win 10 Ver 1803 Update stalls - requires Avira AntiVir removal - Can't find to Uninstall

Win 10 update to ver 1803 starts, then stalls with message to remove Avira AntiVir.

There is no entry on Control Panel Programs page and no results with Search for this program.

How do I Uninstall this/these programs so that Win 10 Ver 1803 update can continue?
