    Hello,I am trying to update Windows and eventually update to Windows 11 but both are not working. I keep getting the error 0x800703e6. I searched on this community without success. I did go through all the step of this post in particular, but it failed: StartFragmentError 0x800703e6 - is there actually a fix for this - Microsoft CommunityEndFragmentSome of the things I have also tried- tried windows update troubleshooter- uninstalled Norton antivirus- disabled all programs at startup- restarted in clean modeWhen launching windows update, it looks like it is trying to download updatesBut it sto
