Windows 10: Cannot update Windows 11 Insider

Hello,I am having a hard time trying to update Windows 11 Insider Preview. I'll provide photos so it will be easier to explain. It won't install all updates only this Update stack package. Install Error - 0x8007370a

Receiving preview Windows updates even I'm not opt-in for the Insider Program

Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22504.1010 - UPDATE FAILED

This may have same issue which is listed build 22504 release announcement as "know issue".
