    Cannot upgrade past 1809. Upgrade Assistant Gives error 0x800704c7 when trying to upgrade...


    My PC always fails upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10. It gave me the message that support for 1809 is ending soon so I tried to force an upgrade using the upgrade advisor. It fails with 0x800704c7.

    When upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 ultimate, the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant has gotten stuck at 99%. I have waited for days for it to finish and it does not make progress. Finally, I got it to tell me Something went wrong. You can contact
