Windows 10: Cannot upgrade to windows 11 even though everything seems ok!!

I am currently using W10 Pro and have been trying for months now to upgrade to W11 via an update, but failing. I have set my PC to be 100% compatible and in fact checked with PC Health App, the upgrade runs correctly as an automatic Windows update. However, at the end of the installation, the PC reboots and goes back to safe mode each time allowing me only to "troubleshoot" without any resolution or "turn-off" back to W10. I've already tried some solutions fixing the windows registry and uninstalling some recent drivers, trying the manual installation through the wizard, but nothing h

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

Can't upload photos with IE 11 and Windows 10

Thank you for updating us on the issue.

I would suggest you to turn off and turn on Internet Explorer 11 and check

To turn off and turn on Internet Explorer 11 follow the steps given below

• Click the Start button,
• click Control Panel, click Programs and Features,
  
• And then click Turn Windows features on or off. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
• Clear the check box for Internet Explorer 11 to turn it off, and then click
  Yes.
• Click OK and, when prompted, restart your PC.

Once the computer restarts, follow steps 1-3 again from the above mentioned steps
and check the check box for Internet explorer to turn it on and then click
” Yes” and Click OK ,when prompted restart the computer. And check if issue persists.
